Booth (Standard Shell Scheme) Size: 9 Sq. Metres (3m x 3m) Include: • Rear and dividing walls with 2500mm height using white aluminium systems and white melamine panels • Single colour needle punch carpet (9sqm) • 2 units fluorescent tube as booth light • 1 unit 13 amp/220V SP, power point • Company’s name (English) and booth’s number in one colour self-adhesive PVC lettering against white background on fascia board • 1 unit information desk in system construct (1mLx500mWx750mH) • 2 units folding chair • 1 unit waste paper basket

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Raw Space Size: A combination of booths • The price for the raw space will be based on the number of booth space booked. • The total cost of each booth will not be reduced if an exhibitor request to have any of the above mentioned features omitted.

Terms of Payment

• 50% of the total payment for the Space/Booth/Marketplace must be made with the booking form. Space will not be confirmed until payment is received. Confirmation of space will be based on first come first served basis.
• The second and final payment must be made not later than 26th February 2010 or 30 days from the date of signed booking; whichever date is earlier.
• Payments should be made to Hemsworth Ltd.

* A full refund will be given 30 days after the completion of the Event subject to the Space/Booth/Marketplace being returned in its original condition.
